JIM FEINSTEIN

Jim Feinstein has more than 25 years’ experience as a business leader and visionary in healthcare services.  As CEO of ENT Partners, LLC, he leads the ENT partner network of specialty practices in the ENT industry. 

Most recently, Jim was President & Chief Operating Officer for United Skin Specialists, LLC, a dermatology practice management roll-up strategy located in the Midwest. He built and managed a team of corporate employees and led the implementation of centralized services, including human resources, marketing, revenue cycle, billing, compliance, and credentialing.

From 2012-2015, he served as Chief Operating Officer of nJoy Vision, a multi-site network of vision correction centers in Oklahoma and Texas.

Prior to nJoy, he was Executive Vice President at Sightpath Medical, served as an international advisor to Optical Express, and worked for North America’s largest provider of eye-care services as Senior Vice President. He was CEO of the United Vision Associates and spent 13 years as an Advisory Board Member for the Illinois Eye Bank.  In 2007, the Midwest Organ and Donor Board recognized Jim as one of the most influential people in eye-care. 

Jim lives in the Twin Cities with his wife and two daughters.  He enjoys traveling with his family and live music.
