Matt Riley

Director of Information Systems

Matt Riley brings more than 25 years of experience in clinical information technology, working within and as a partner to clinics in a variety of subspecialties.  As ENT Partner’s Director of Information Systems, he leads planning and initiatives around the strategic use of information systems to further-enable healthcare providers in multiple stages of technology-adoption.

Prior to engagement with ENT Partners, Matt was a principal in a fast-growth technology service provider focused on provider-owned clinics, working in executive, project management, and product planning capacities.  He oversaw efforts related to Electronic Health Record adoption and consolidation, compliance management amidst rapidly-changing government mandates, and integration of disparate systems.  He has also overseen dozens of transitions from capital-intensive internal technology plants to consumption-based IT service models.

Matt has a reputation earned among providers, administrators, and partner-vendors in information systems delivery – for careful attention to strategic goals, communication, timelines, and adaptability to change.  His work with high-growth, acquisition-driven practices has offered him a useful perspective on the way medical groups consume information technology – and how that technology can become a competitive advantage in the new healthcare market.

Matt holds a bachelor’s degree from St. Cloud State University, a Certificate from the Queen’s University of Belfast, Northern Ireland, and currently makes his home in Central Minnesota. He gives back to the community through his involvement and voluntarism in several organizations, including a local elder-service agency and a battered women’s shelter.

Eliminate administrative burdens and start focusing on providing exceptional patient care.
