SCOTT RICE

Scott Rice is a healthcare professional with more than 12 years of experience in the Ear, Nose, Throat and Sleep industry. His experience includes both clinical and sales aspects of patient acquisition, facility management, business development and third party contract negotiations. Scott is responsible for cultivating, coordinating, and implementing plans and projects to improve and expand the organization’s strategic market position with a primary focus on the growth and development of ancillary services.

Prior to joining ENT Partners, Scott was a Manager at Advocate Health Care for its Development for Sleep Services and Advocate at Work program. He directed system-level development efforts for sleep services and worked directly with employers in developing their programs for employees.

From 2014-2016, he was Director of Sleep Services and Program Development at Chicago ENT. Here he led sales for dental sleep medicine services growing oral appliance deliveries by over 100% within a 6-month period. In addition, the clinic hired two sleep specialists and sleep testing services grew by 20%.

He also served as Director of Program Development for Midwest Dental Sleep Center, was Area Manager for MedBridge Healthcare, LLC, and was a Clinical Specialist for Neurocare, Inc., at the University of Chicago.

Scott holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree with a Concentration in Marketing from Elon University, Elon, North Carolina.
