
Jeff Jenkins
Vice President of Finance
Jeff Jenkins is an experienced finance executive with more than 20 years of leadership in healthcare, nonprofit, and private equity–backed organizations. He oversees all areas of finance operations, including strategic planning, financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
Previously, Jeff was Vice President and Controller at Medica, where he managed $640M in budgeting processes, integrated a joint venture, and oversaw a $60M strategic investment portfolio. He led a $30M business turnaround and oversaw a health plan acquisition that added 500,000 members and $15M in net income.
Prior to Medica, Jeff held senior finance leadership roles at CommonSpirit Health, Fairview Health Services, UnitedHealth Group, University of Minnesota Physicians, and GMAC. In these roles, he was responsible for strategic planning, M&A, operational optimization, contract negotiations, and mentoring finance teams, driving multi-million-dollar savings and successful integrations.
Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Minnesota State University, Mankato. He is also active in his community, serving on the board of Hidden Treasures and volunteering with Hosanna Church, Feed My Starving Children, and 360 Communities Food Shelf.
