PAULA ABDO NELSON

Paula Abdo Nelson is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years’ experience serving in
senior roles in the healthcare industry. As CFO for ENT Partners, LLC, Paula oversees all
financial, diligence, and business process integration activities of the partner network of ear,
nose and throat specialty practices.

Previously, Paula was Chief Financial Officer for Meridian Behavioral Health, and oversaw all financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, revenue cycle management and cash and
investment management. She was also responsible for managing the diligence and business process integration activities for acquired organizations.

Prior to her role at Meridian Behavioral Health, she was Interim CFO at Community Health Center of Central Wyoming, served as Finance Director for the Surgical Administrative Center at
the University of Minnesota Medical School and University of Minnesota Physicians, was a
facility CFO for Universal Health Services, Inc., and CFO for Queen of Peace Hospital, a Catholic-
sponsored community hospital. She was also an Adjunct Professor the for University of St.
Francis, Joliet, Illinois.

Paula has been a member of several financial organizations including the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), HFMA National Board of Examiners, Minnesota Chamber of Commerce, and the Finance Committee of the Minnesota Hospital Association.

Paula holds a Bachelor of Science, Accounting, Minnesota State University Moorhead and an Executive MBA, University of St. Thomas, Minneapolis, Minnesota.
