Jim Feinstein has 30+ years’ experience as an executive leader in multi-site healthcare services. He has extensive M&A experience closing over 30 acquisitions across multiple sub-specialties within the buy and build strategy. Operational discipline, ability to identify and execute double-digit organic growth, and build a successful team has positioned ENT Partners for sustainable growth and scale. ENT Partners was one of the first Physician Practice Management Companies (PPMC) in the country exclusive to ENT, Sleep and Allergy.

Jim has successfully grown multi-site healthcare practices in a variety of healthcare specialties, including ophthalmology and dermatology. Most recently, Jim held the position of President and COO at United Skin Specialists.

Additionally, Jim held significant leadership positions for a variety of healthcare service companies including SVP, TLC Laser Eye Centers; North America’s largest provider of eye-care services. He is currently a Board Member of FinnitivHealth.
