Alexis Kindelspire

Alexis Kindelspire is a Certified HR Professional with over eight years of experience. She has extensive experience recruiting across all levels of an organization, developing and administering new HR policies, procedures, mandatory training, onboarding processes, employee relations issues, performance review processes, and compensation and benefit plans.

Alexis works to ensure that our newly acquired practices are transitioned seamlessly, and employee engagements are fulfilled. She also maintains our relationship with our PEO to support payroll, benefits, employee relations, risk management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Prior to advancing in HR, Alexis received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology and sustained an Assistant Clinical Director role for 8 years at a residential treatment center in Minneapolis. Alexis works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
